- Fixes a lot of timeline issues

Enables panel layout for Commit Graph by default

Improves the Graph minimap
  - Adds `gitlens.graph.minimap.dataType` setting to choose between commits or lines changed to be used for the minimap
  - Adds a configuration popover for the minimap
  - Adds a legend to the minimap
  - Removes minimap from being experimental
    - Renames `gitlens.graph.experimental.minimap.enabled` to `gitlens.graph.minimap.enabled`
    - Renames `gitlens.graph.experimental.minimap.additionalTypes` to `gitlens.graph.minimap.additionalTypes`

- Waits until repo discovery is complete before attempting to find other repos

Optimizes and caches `getTokensFromTemplate`
