有同学在安装软件时遇到类似的问题吗？
按照说明一步一步操作的，结果第三方库比安装说明上少装了27个，而且测试程序运行不出来

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pandas'
安装后，需要在Anaconda prompt中输入idle，然后在该idle中运行上述测试环境文件，或者运行spyder、jupyter等，在其中运行上述测试环境文件。注意，不再是以前的python中的idle。
还是不行，运行结果：

请同学们注意：
1.在安装完Anaconda后以管理员身份运行“Anaconda Prompt”，确认“install_online.bat”文件在所显示的路径下，例如“C:\WINDOWS\system32>”，输入“install_online.bat”等待自动安装完毕即可。
2.拷贝datasets文件夹下所有文件和文件夹至C:\Users\当前用户名.keras\datasets下，若无“.keras”文件夹可手动创建，请确保datasets为已解压的文件夹。
3.验证是否已正确安装时，可在“Anaconda Prompt”中输入idle打开idle或者运行spyder、jupyter等，在你所下载的路径打开“test-env.py”，运行检验结果即可。

建议先确认.keras文件夹下datasets文件夹内容正确，可以删了重新放一遍。或者卸载anaconda，按规范完整重走一遍流程，确保所有库符合课程要求。
请问安装库时报错，之后我下载了microsoft c++，并且已经把rc.exe和rcdll.dll放到报错的目录下了，但是还是显示这样的问题，要如何解决呢？
