Adds repo change events for rebase, merge, and cherry-pick

Adds caching to merge/rebase status

CommitsFileNode = a file under a commit (shown as a file)
FileRevisionAsCommitNode = a file revision shown as a commit

Adds working/branch toggle before a comparision is selected

Adds more customization options to Repositories view

Changes fetch/pull/push on roots to affect the whole repo

If child is splatted, it can trigger a change on itself (e.g. parent)

Commits view will also expand repos with changes

Events were missed because listeners were lost by overwriting the repos

Renames pr.number to pr.id

Adds node for unpublished state
