Adds HEAD status for remote repositories

Fixes scrubbing issues when data point is far vertically
Avoids translate hacks for inverted X axis

Fixes scroll markers z-index issues

- Can switch between Editor (default) and Panel layouts
 - Panel layout adds an additional Commit Graph Details view (similar to Commit Details) on the right side of the Commit Graph

* Add graph header context menu option to toggle mode

* Updates graph dependency

- Controlled by the `gitlens.graph.experimental.location` setting

* Sends upstream id on a local branch ref to graph

* Avoids creating (allocating) & spreading an object

* Updates graph dependency

- Honors `createBranch` flag for naming the worktree folder
- Falls back to the qualified remote branch name if the branch name already exists
- Always uses the qualified remote branch name via GHPR command

Removes pre-release only limit on AI generated commit messages
