getApi seems to always return null with the newer package

Fixes ignoreCase flag on autolinks

Usually I want to, for instance, copy the URL to a commit on the origin,
even if I have other remotes from forks. This adds a sort to show the
origin at the top of the remotes list by default

Fixes getWorkingUri to ensure file exists (and deal with deleted files)
Fixes rev_parse__show_toplevel to deal with paths that don't exist

Optimizes fs watcher for repo file changes
 - Ignores gitignored files
 - Only updates the nodes required
