Adam Azarchs 75fceae700 Add O_CLOEXEC to open calls. This prevents file descriptors from leaking to child processes. When compiled for older (pre-2.6.23) kernels which lack support for O_CLOEXEC there is no change in behavior. With newer kernels, child processes will no longer inherit leveldb's file handles, which reduces the changes of accidentally corrupting the database. This directory contains interfaces and implementations that isolate the
rest of the package from platform details.

Code in the rest of the package includes "port.h" from this directory.
"port.h" in turn includes a platform specific "port_<platform>.h" file
that provides the platform specific implementation.

See port_stdcxx.h for an example of what must be provided in a platform
specific header file.
